Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is a not-for-profit organisation that manages 25,000 hectares in Isiolo County, adjacent to Mount Kenya National Park. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site (inscribed as part of the Mount Kenya ecosystem). Lewa partners with neighbouring community conservancies across 90,000 hectares of the Laikipia ecosystem — one of Africa’s most important privately managed wildlife areas. The conservancy’s airstrip receives scheduled flights from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport operated by Safarilink and AirKenya (approximately 45 minutes). Night game drives and walking safaris are included in all Lewa lodge packages.
