Amboseli land of the gentle giants safari takes to this Park that is located in Loitoktok District, Rift Valley Province of Kenya. It unfolds beneath the majestic silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro, creating an iconic African landscape. Renowned for its large herds of free-roaming elephants. Additionally, the park offers a unique safari experience with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Kilimanjaro.

Beyond its charismatic elephants, Amboseli hosts a diverse array of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, hippo, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, hyena and the occasional wild dog. Also you will experience abundance of bird species. The vast, open plains provide ample opportunities for photographers and nature lovers. It offers plenty of opportunities to capture the savannah’s natural beauty and observe the dramatic interactions between predators and prey on the wide, open plains.

Amboseli has an endless underground water supply filtered through thousands of feet of volcanic rock from Kilimanjaro’s ice cap, which funnel into two clear water springs in the heart of the park..

However, the climatic pendulum can swing from drought to flood, and in the early 1990’s ceaseless rain changed Amboseli into a swamp. A few years later the rains failed and the grass-covered plains turned to dust.
